Our PSA nitrogen plant includes an advanced automatic purity control system that continuously monitors nitrogen output and adjusts operating parameters to maintain set purity levels (from 95% to 99.999%). Oxygen analyzers in the nitrogen stream provide real-time data to the control system, which modifies adsorber tower switching cycles, flow rates, and regeneration phases as needed. The system can also compensate for variations in feed air quality or compressor performance. HMI interfaces allow operators to set desired purity levels and receive alerts for deviations. The closed-loop control ensures compliance with process specifications and reduces manual interventions.
