1. The pressure drop of the degreaser is 0.02MPa, and the pressure drop of the PNF nitrogen generator is 0.1MPa.
2. "N" in the selection table refers to the state of measurement standard 20°C and 101.325kPa (absolute pressure); Nitrogen purity refers to the anaerobic content; Pressure refers to gauge pressure.
3. The nitrogen flow in the selection table refers to the maximum nitrogen output when the PNF PSA nitrogen generator is discharged to the air under the design conditions. Air consumption refers to the amount of compressed air consumed by the PNF pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generator when it reaches the nitrogen flow rate in the selection sheet.
4. The maximum working pressure of “PNF” PSA nitrogen generator is 1.0MPa, and when the nitrogen purity is < 99.5%, the dew point of nitrogen under atmospheric pressure is ≤-40°C. When the purity of nitrogen ≥ 99.5%, the dew point of nitrogen atmospheric pressure ≤-50 °C.
