The nitrogen production equipment is mainly composed of compressed air purification unit, compressed air buffer unit, gas separation unit, nitrogen buffer unit and control unit.
Mainly composed of air storage tanks (including accessories). Its function is to supply the oxygen and nitrogen separation unit with the compressed air required for the nitrogen production process. Reduce the pressure fluctuation of the system and reduce the air storage tank reduces system pressure fluctuations and minimizes air flow pulsations, allowing the compressed air purification unit to effectively remove dust, water, and oil. This process reduces the impact of water and oil on the carbon molecular sieve in the oxygen and nitrogen separation unit, decreases the effect of dust particles on equipment performance, and lowers the equipment's failure rate.
The gas separation unit is the core unit of nitrogen production equipment, which is mainly composed of an adsorption tower equipped with a special carbon molecular sieve, a pneumatic valve, a compression cylinder, a muffler, etc. According to the difference in the amount of oxygen adsorption by the carbon molecular sieve in the compressed air under different pressures, the adsorption tower pressurized carbon molecular sieve absorbs oxygen to produce nitrogen, and the depressurized carbon molecular sieve deoxidizes and regenerates, and the two towers work alternately to achieve continuous nitrogen production.
The nitrogen buffer unit is mainly composed of a nitrogen buffer tank, a dust filter, a pressure reducing valve, a flow meter, and an unqualified nitrogen emptying device. Its function is to balance the purity of the nitrogen output of the oxygen and nitrogen separation unit, buffer and store the product nitrogen, and ensure the stability of the continuous output of the product nitrogen flow, purity and pressure. The nitrogen output pipeline is equipped with a nitrogen emptying device with unqualified purity, which effectively prevents the unqualified nitrogen from being imported to the gas consumption point.
The control unit is mainly composed of PLC controller, digital or analog module, touch screen, analyzer, solenoid valve, pressure sensor, control cabinet, etc.
